Inquiring as to whether GitHub - redpanda-data/redpanda: Redpanda is a streaming data platform for developers. Kafka API compatible. 10x faster. No ZooKeeper. No JVM! is supported in place of Kafka for xtdb?

Hey @samrose! We’ve not done any testing ourselves with Redpanda so far, but I would be happy to try to help you verify compatibility / run tests. The last time I looked closely at this there was one small potential snag with enable.idempotence = true but it looks like Redpanda happily supports that now
